Owners or Agents who are interested in promoting a property for sale or rent within Merrick Preserve may purchase a community advertisement for $100. This service includes one email blast to all residents and a featured listing link on the community website. Community referrals are often a great source of prospective buyers and tenants.
After completing this form, please submit your payment under Resident Forms > Payment for Devices, Decals & Ads. Once payment is received, please allow up to 48 hours for management to prepare and publish your advertisement. Management will contact you to obtain your property details, photos, and listing information for publication.
