🚗🆕 New Car Decal Registration Edit page

All vehicles must be registered through the community system prior to receiving a parking decal. Residents are required to submit complete and accurate vehicle information at the time of registration. Once submitted, please allow 48–72 hours for processing. You will be notified when your decal is ready for pickup at the management office during regular business hours. Vehicles without a properly issued and affixed decal may be subject to towing or enforcement in accordance with community rules. Pick up trucks must be covered with a bed. One time decal registration of $35 for new cars, and $15 for replacement decals.
